Every quote reflects the actual scope of work — platforms involved, campaign complexity, and ongoing management workload. You also choose the fee model that suits you: a flat monthly fee, or a percentage of your monthly ad spend. Both options are available for every engagement.

Platforms Managed

Each platform — Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, Bing, YouTube — requires dedicated expertise and time. A single-platform account is priced differently from a five-platform operation. We only charge for what we're actually managing.

Account Complexity

The number of campaigns, ad groups, product SKUs, geographic targets, audience segments, and conversion paths all affect how much management work an account actually requires. Complex accounts cost more to manage well.

Initial Work Required

A new account needs to be built from scratch. An existing underperforming account may need a full audit and restructure before optimisation begins. Both require different upfront effort — reflected in the quote, not added as a surprise later.

Ongoing Management Scope

Some accounts need weekly bid adjustments and creative testing. Others need daily monitoring, frequent feed updates, and continuous A/B testing across hundreds of ad variations. The ongoing workload determines the ongoing fee.

Percentage of Ad Spend A management fee calculated as a percentage of your monthly advertising budget. Scales naturally as your campaigns grow — lower commitment at lower spend, higher investment as you scale. Best for businesses with variable or growing budgets.
Which model is right for you? We'll recommend one based on your budget size and how it's likely to change. Clients with stable, predictable budgets typically prefer flat fees. Clients scaling aggressively or with variable spend often prefer the percentage model. Either way, the fee is agreed upfront — no surprises.
Agencies: White Label Outsourcing Agency white label arrangements are quoted per account or as a portfolio rate depending on volume. Both flat fee and percentage models are available for agency partnerships.
