If you ask us to send our account access steps to a colleague, we use their email address only to send that one email, with you copied in. If you give us read-only access to your ad accounts, we use it only to review your advertising before and during our conversations with you.

We also automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs through analytics tools.

• ppc_form (ours, deleted when you close your browser): remembers which version of our booking form and buttons you see during your visit, so the page stays consistent while we test which version works better. It contains only the letter "a" or "b".
• PHPSESSID (ours, deleted when you close your browser): set only when you book a call or send a form, so we can show your booking confirmation and protect the forms from abuse.
• pgCookieOk (stored in your browser, not a cookie): remembers that you have closed our cookie notice.
• Google Analytics (_ga and _ga_*, up to 2 years): help us understand how visitors use the site.
• Google Ads (such as _gcl_au, up to 90 days): tell us which ads lead to bookings and inquiries.

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical information about your browser to tell people from automated spam. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work, although the booking form may show a different version on each page. We may use third-party tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Meta Pixel on this website for analytics and advertising purposes. To run our booking and inquiry process, we share the information you submit with these service providers, only for the purposes described in this policy:

• TidyCal: schedules your call and sends your confirmation, calendar invite and reminders.
• Google Meet and Google Workspace: hosts the call and keeps our internal record of inquiries.
• Brevo: delivers the emails our website sends. We do not add you to any Brevo mailing list.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: protects our forms from spam.
• WhatsApp: if you choose to message us there, your message is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. Inquiry data is retained for a minimum of 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
